Step I:
Click
http://ugcnetonline.in/rollLogin.php
Step II:
Type the email id and password. If not known password, enter security key and click Forgot password.
Step III:
Type the email id, date of birth and security key.
Then click Retrieve Password button.
Valid password show in the top of the screen.
Then click e-certificate menu.
Step IV:
Here, Enter the email id and valid password and security key.
Click Login button.
Step V:
Then open your Home page window. Click to click here to download e-certificate option. Then Save the file. Open the file to show password box in Adobe Reader window. To follow the instructions given below:

combination of first four letters of your name (in capital letters) and your
date of birth as DDMMYYYY. For example, if your name is RAVI KUMAR and date
of birth 19th November, 1977, your password will be “RAVI19111977”. If you
write your name as R. K. Venkatesh and date of birth is 25th August 1980 the
password will be “R. K25081980”, please note that the password shall include
all special characters including space. In case you are unable to open your
e-Certificate file, kindly contact ugcnetonline.in@gmail.com.
